Why are YOU so expensive?
Just like any other legitimate Business, we have COG's, overheads, marketing, acquisition cost(s), expenses, multiple country GST - Tax deductions/obligations, Generic day-to-day operation costs, supplier and freight covid surcharges, Accounting fees etc. When we started this Business we were operating at a loss for so long because we were all about getting the product right and as more and more customers ordered we also needed to grow/scale exponentially, so did our costs, so in order for us to keep producing our famous product, we also need to stay afloat. As an alternative, we have After-pay and Lay-buy.

Where do we ship to?
We ship all over New Zealand from our Auckland warehouse and also all over Australia out of our Melbourne Warehouse. We are working further re-open our doors to US/UK etc in 2022.

When are you open?
Our team works Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm NZST, we DO NOT operate over the weekend and any NZ Public Holidays. If you have emailed us on the weekend, we will reply as soon as we are back in office.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your order is delivered via a third-party delivery company. All our orders extract a tracking number which will be in your inbox or sms as soon as we've fulfilled and dispatched your order.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once you lock it in, you will need to email us to discuss potential changes but we can't promise anything if your order is already out for delivery.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all New Zealand $70.00 and FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $90.00.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t at home:
The driver will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so. Your order does not need to be signed for.
What happens if I provide you with the wrong address, or I am a rural address, PO Box, or Apartment and you have already made my order, but can't deliver it?
